Client Offboarding Checklist is educational operational guidance for freelancers, small agencies, and founders closing a project.

It is not legal, tax, accounting, debt-collection, compliance, security, procurement, employment, or contracting advice. Review actual agreements, account-transfer rules, and local requirements before acting.

Checklist output may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for final handoff messages, access transfer, invoicing, support commitments, and customer promises.
