Reason-code proof prompts

Unauthorized

Show account creation, prior successful payments, login/use continuity, and delivery or access proof. Do not accuse the customer.

Not received

Show delivery timestamp, activation or access event, shipment tracking, completion note, or replacement/access-help offer.

Canceled subscription

Show cancellation timestamp, effective date, renewal notice, and post-renewal usage only if relevant.

Credit not processed

Show refund policy, request date, support response, current refund status, or proof of refund.

Short rebuttal skeleton
